Terms of Service

Scope

These Terms of Service apply to two separate areas: (1) use of adamx.gg, including accounts and purchase features, and (2) use of the Adamx Tweaking Utility software license.

Website terms

You agree to use the website and account features lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. Purchases made through the site are provided under the terms active at the time of purchase, and abuse, fraud, or policy violations may result in restricted or suspended access.

Software license

For the Adamx Tweaking Utility specifically, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited rights license to install and use the software if you comply with these terms.

All rights not explicitly granted are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, decompile, derive source code from, or bypass protections in the software. You may not share restricted files or software access granted through purchase.

License allowance and device moves

Every plan runs on 1 PC at a time. Moving the license to a new PC or rebinding it after significant hardware changes is supported automatically through the in-app activation flow. To prevent license sharing, hardware reactivations are rate-limited — this limit is set well above normal use and does not affect legitimate customers in practice. If you believe a reactivation was wrongly denied, contact support.

Multi-PC use beyond the 1-PC-at-a-time scope and other license transfers outside the in-app activation flow are not covered by the license grant.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the license has not been activated on a PC. Once a license is activated, all sales are final except for verifiable technical issues — if the utility failed to install, your license could not be activated, or it does not function on your supported configuration, contact [email protected] and we will refund. We also offer a free Lite tier so you can confirm the utility works on your PC before purchasing a paid plan.

Termination

Website access, account access, or software license rights may be terminated if you fail, or are reasonably suspected of failing, to comply with these terms. Upon termination, all related usage rights end immediately.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and Adamx Tweaking Utility are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website, account services, purchase systems, or software.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be revised over time. Updated terms apply to continued use of adamx.gg and to the corresponding software versions where applicable.
