NEW: Resizable BAR, XMP/EXPO, SoC Fabric Lock, Energy Efficient Turbo, plus Network and Wi-Fi tweaks
1. NEW tweak in BIOS Tweaks: Enable Resizable BAR (Smart Access Memory on AMD)
Resizable BAR lets the CPU access all of the graphics card's memory at once, boosting performance in games by up to ~30% depending on your GPU.
2. NEW tweak in BIOS Tweaks: Enable XMP / EXPO Memory Profile
By default your RAM runs at a slow base speed instead of the speed and timings printed on the kit. Enabling XMP/EXPO runs it at its rated speed, which can give up to ~10% higher average FPS and ~21% higher 1% lows, one of the biggest gains any BIOS setting can give.
3. NEW tweak in BIOS Tweaks: Lock the SoC fabric at full speed (AMD AM4 + AM5)
Reduces memory latency spikes by keeping your Infinity Fabric and memory controller at full speed at all times.
4. NEW tweak in BIOS Tweaks: Disable Energy Efficient Turbo (Intel)
Keeps your CPU at its full boost speed while gaming instead of slowing down to save power.
5. NEW Network Adapter tweaks:
- Disable Interrupt Moderation: handles every packet as it arrives instead of batching them, so game packets are processed sooner.
- Maximize Receive Buffers: raises receive buffers to the maximum your driver supports, reducing the chance of packet loss.
- Disable Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE): fixes known stutter and disconnect bugs on some adapters such as Intel's 2.5G chips.
- Disable Ethernet Power Saving: turns off Ultra Low Power, Green Ethernet, Giga Lite and similar modes.
6. NEW Wi-Fi tweaks: Set Wi-Fi Roaming Aggressiveness to Lowest and Disable Wi-Fi MIMO Power Save
Lowering roaming aggressiveness makes your Wi-Fi adapter scan for other access points less often, reducing the ping spikes those scans cause. It works on Intel, MediaTek, Realtek and Qualcomm adapters. Disabling MIMO Power Save keeps all antennas active on Intel adapters instead of turning some off to save power.

1. Improved toggle state accuracy across every tab: toggles now read each setting's real live value instead of remembering what the app last applied, so they correctly reflect changes made outside the app.
Tweaks that apply across many targets at once (every NIC, USB/storage device, GPU, or a group of registry values) now show an amber "partial" state when only some are applied, e.g. after plugging in a new device so you know to re-apply.

Now my 4th year using this utility, and I will say this new HUGE update is nothing short but amazing. Very intuitive and has you feeling like you’re in control of what you’re applying. The best part is the fact that you get a BIG performance increase without sacrificing system stability, everything works but BETTER. 1% Lows are significantly better and FPS overall shows great improvement. Input delay definitely decreased, my inputs feel waaaaay snappier. The profile feature caught me by surprise and is definitely very useful for when you want to change between gaming and working. Even with a high-end PC, the delay reduction and improvement in 1% lows is well more than enough to make this worth the money. I’ve always believed Adam gave top notch tweaks, but after this update I genuinely wholeheartedly believe this is the best Utility in the market. No bloat, No BS, straight to the point. I've been using AdamX Tweaking Utility for nearly 5 years and honestly, I haven't run a single Windows installation without applying his optimizations after a fresh install. Genuinely used the new update and I'm blown away at how effective it was. I first ordered the utility in 2022 and didn't install on my new pc as I didn't feel the need due to having a 5090 x 9950x3d build. I noticed the new utility had been launched and thought I'd have a look, I was wrong about not needing it I noticed a massive difference in games. I highly recommend the utility it's so easy to use and works fantastic
