1. Improved toggle state accuracy across every tab: toggles now read each setting's real live value instead of remembering what the app last applied, so they correctly reflect changes made outside the app.
Tweaks that apply across many targets at once (every NIC, USB/storage device, GPU, or a group of registry values) now show an amber "partial" state when only some are applied, e.g. after plugging in a new device so you know to re-apply.
