Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how data is collected and used across adamx.gg, account features, checkout and license workflows, and the Adamx Tweaking Utility software.

Data we collect for website and account services

Depending on usage, we may collect account and service data such as email, display name, linked login providers, order and license records, and support-related information needed to run the website and customer dashboard.

We also measure website traffic in aggregate on our own servers — which pages are viewed, when, and the referring site. This measurement is cookieless and uses no third-party trackers. IP addresses are not stored; they are only used to derive a short-lived anonymous identifier that cannot be reversed and changes every day.

Data we collect for the Tweaking Utility

For the Adamx Tweaking Utility specifically, we collect and securely store computer hardware specifications to associate your license with the authorized system and enforce license access controls.

Basic device, system, and connection details may also be recorded when the utility signs in or connects to our servers, on any plan, as part of normal security and service logging.

This utility-specific hardware and system data is used only for licensing, access integrity, abuse prevention, and related support and security operations.

We also collect product usage analytics from the utility, such as which features and tweaks are used, and the application and Windows version, to understand how the software is used and prioritise improvements. This telemetry is associated with your account, license, or installation identifiers, never with the contents of your files or system, and is never sold or shared for advertising.

How data is used

Data is used to operate the site, secure accounts, fulfill purchases, manage licenses, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Third-party services and disclosure

We rely on trusted service providers (authentication, payment, email, hosting, and infrastructure) to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Data is retained only as long as needed for operations, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and support or security history. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect stored information.
